"MAIJA" My sweet granddaughter's name inspired these illustrations. One painting for each letter of her beautiful Finnish name.

This Illustration was done for a Christmas Card. Scandinavian folklore is rich with stories of these little farm land visitors. Legend tells how they visit and look after the sleeping farm folk and livestock, often expecting a warm bowl of rice pudding with rich butter as their reward.

Boston Strong! This piece was commissioned by a loyal New England sports fan and reproduced as prints, to be given as gifts from one brother to each of his 4 siblings. The final piece was one of the largest I've ever done, and perhaps one of the most challenging as well.
